One free customer account ties together every audio unit you own and every warranty certificate we issue you.

Register your audio product

Pick the brand (Pioneer DJ, Pioneer, Onkyo, ELAC, Klipsch, Cambridge, Jamo), give us model + serial + where you bought it. Upload the original invoice if you have it — optional.

Pick a cover package

Choose Basic, Standard or Premium for the family your unit belongs to. Pay securely online or arrange to pay at our service centre.

Get your certificate

Your warranty certificate is emailed instantly and lives in your account. Present it at our Port Louis service centre whenever you need us.

Questions before you buy

Does my unit have to be bought from ED Electronics to qualify?

No — that's exactly the point of this programme. Even if you imported your Pioneer, Onkyo, ELAC, Klipsch, Cambridge or Jamo unit yourself from outside Mauritius, or bought it second-hand, you can register it and buy cover. We do verify the serial number against each manufacturer's stolen-unit database before issuing a certificate.

What does "labour-only diagnostic" actually mean?

When you bring a covered unit in, our technicians open it, run a full diagnostic, and tell you what's wrong — at no charge. If a repair is needed and replacement parts are required, those parts are quoted separately at our published parts rates for that brand. You decide whether to proceed before any work starts.

Are genuine parts always available?

For products currently in each manufacturer's catalogue, yes — usually within 7–21 working days. For older or discontinued models, we'll do our best through the brand's spare-parts network; if a part is genuinely end-of-life, we'll tell you upfront so you can decide.

What's not covered?

Physical impact damage, liquid damage, voltage surges, units that have been opened by a third-party repairer, and any cosmetic wear. Cover is on the unit's electronics and firmware only.

Can I renew or extend the package?

Yes — renewal becomes available 30 days before your certificate's end date. You log in, hit "Renew", and a fresh certificate is issued back-to-back from the previous end date.

What if I sell the unit?

Cover is tied to the serial number, not the buyer's name. Email us with the new owner's details and we'll re-issue the certificate — one transfer per certificate, free of charge.

What brands do you officially distribute in Mauritius?

ED Electronics Ltd is the sole importer and distributor for Mauritius of Pioneer DJ, Pioneer (home AV / car audio / headphones), Onkyo, ELAC, Klipsch, Cambridge Audio and Jamo. This warranty programme is available for products from all of these brands.
