ED Electronics Ltd is the sole importer and distributor in Mauritius of Pioneer DJ, Pioneer, Onkyo, ELAC, Klipsch, Cambridge Audio and Jamo. We sell, install and service this gear from our authorized service centre in Port Louis.
The parallel-import warranty programme is our response to a market reality: more and more audio gear is reaching Mauritius through online shopping, courier imports and personal travel. Owners of those units used to have nowhere to turn for service. With this programme we put them back into the manufacturer fold — same workshop, same parts pipeline, same technicians.
